Hello, stupid first off. The Supreme Court ruled in Heller vs.DC that owning a firearm for self defense is a constitutional right. Second, the Supreme Court ruled in Chicago vs. McDonald that you must be allowed to carry a firearm on public for self defense. Since 2010 the City of Chicago has been issuing concealed carry permit a to citizens and the murder rate had dropped. Australia doesn't have a total gun ban. Manually operated rifles, revolvers and pistols are allowed. As to the rest. It's just your opinion.
