There is no way the British would have helped them against the Soviets. The British government at the time was filled Soviet spies and agents and the national finances were even then run by Jews.

Most likely if Hitler had held back after annexing the Sudedentland, Britain would have fucked up its position in Europe by letting the Soviets invade Poland on their own, and this would have driven other countries closer to Germany in defense. Germany would have had the moral high ground in the eyes of every non-Jew dominated country, but Britain and France would have remained hostile. I think the loss of a strong national identity could be a pretty terrible thing if nothing else is there to replace it, and the presence of a strong national identity is a way to tie the inhabitants of a country together and help provide meaning for them.

I think that the feeling of outside pressure, of others, is necessary to form a strong identity. If you don't have that you will just get internal strife.

I think if you have a strong national identity with the feeling that other nations are comprised of others, your country will want to be strong for everyone within it.
