Concrete industry disposing of bodies as another separate thing was already a rumor, but it centered more on bodies under foundations. Could be the industry evolved to make slurry mix, but I think it's more likely the cement centers would be involved in removing bodies to new foundation pours. Even a small % of blood in the cement would discolor it, pink foundations would be noteworthy and I've never seen them having worked in several trades but maybe others have.

Cemex used to have a few quarry’s and facilities in El Paso Texas that they recently sold to GCC. One of their properties was located 50 yards away from the international border at one of the most active areas for illegals to cross in Texas. There are canals that run on both sides of the border, on the US side they run on a secluded highway. The illegals swim in the canals and at certain points it connects with pipes and canals that maintain the water supply for the city. The illegals have learned the routes of the water system and pop up in isolated parts throughout the city.
Cemex bought the facility from PMC Group PLC in 2005, whom purchased the quarries from Stanley Jobe in 1999. Stanley Jobe was pardoned by Bill Clinton for fraud. Jobe is connected to a lot of unsavory Democrats. I would not be surprised if he was connected to human trafficking and drug running. The site of the facility is one of the most secluded points at the border, especially in the 70’s and 80’s when everyone in El Paso was moving drugs.

But rather than explaining the whole matter as a coincidence, it actually suggests that these cement companies may be involved in the planning and landscaping of some of these facilities.
