It was cold in Finland from what I remember, I thought it's like that all the time to be honest. I never measured the temperature but it was cold enough to make me want a fleece coat.

Anytime I bring up tap water people look at me like I'm a nut job. I don't go full autism about it, either. I usually just say I don't trust all the chemicals they put in it and that's why I have an RO system. I don't even state that I know for a fact it's bad I just say I don't trust it. Every fucking time the person I say it to labels me as a tinfoiler and start listing off all the reasons why the additives are good for you, etc. They also have a very strong trust in government as if DDT wasn't a thing that happened. I'm not even saying I think others shouldn't drink it. I just don't trust it. Is that really that fucking crazy that I'm cautious about the most important thing you put in your body?

Soda is poison and so are store bought juices, all the crap they have in those only help to make you sick. Personally I cut out all soda and juice since I wasn't feeling right, was feeling slow, heavy, bloated and sick all the time. If you want to drink some juice just buy the fruits you want and do it yourself.

Cutting out the sodas was the best thing I ever did. I cut them out when I was 17 and I am 35 now. Most of my male friends from high school struggle with weight issues and all the girls I kept up with have become porkers. They were hot back in the day. Regardless of low calorie diet coke or high calorie normal beverages, no one needs a drink like that. You drink for hydration. For me, it felt like I could never be hydrated enough on CO2 water.
