Take Pennsylvania for instance: voting registration is for life there. For those askin why is that a problem: it enables, along with lack of photo voter ID, a very simple form of voting fraud very popular in black prescints
1) make a list of every household where the registered voter isn't there anymore (on account of having moved or deceased) 2) get a number of people to show up at the voting sites and vote in their names 3) use the same people in multiple precincts in the same area and far away
That's the reason PA consistently went blue due to higher than usual black turnout in black prescints. In 2016 PA state legislature passed a law allowing for out of district electoral monitors and killed the usual democrat racket, depressing their "turnout". If PA purges their voting rolls even once t never goes blue ever again as there is no way democrats will manage to pull a GOTV operation on black districts to convince them to register and actually vote.

A dry wind blows a tumble-weed across the scorched dirt. The sweat drips into my eye, momentarily blurring my view through the scope, but I keep aim on the border. I know they're coming. I'm alone for at least a mile on each side. I haven't heard a human voice in four days. The only sound out here in big sky country is the wind and locusts buzzing.
