Why is no one talking about the court based coup that happened in Spain a few weeks ago?
The Center-Right was ousted from power undemocratically and the judicial system replaced it with a leftist/socialist party.
The old center right "People's Party" was very anti austerity, but the leader Rajoy was ousted after a no-confidence vote. But instead of replacing him by another person in the party, the entire right wing government has been replaced by socialists without an election.
Now the new leftist Spaniard cabinet is almost entirely childless women like Merkel and there first steps have been inviting in African migrants.
Because the basque party withdrew their support for the centre right and shifted it to the socialists which gave them a majority and so allows them to form government.

That's a pretty obvious moral hazard if you can just accuse someone of corruption and immediately replace them with their political rivals. You are incentivizing people to fabricate phony political scandals so you can win office without an election.

I guess nobody gives a fuck about Spain because it is literally irrelevant, it has the advantage of being in the EU, being geographically close to major economies and the oil rich North Africa, having plenty of fertile land and fish stocks but given in [current year] they can’t simply rob the new world they are literally unable to do anything except make a cheap rice and sea food curry, shit tier cars and export feminism to Latin America.
They have double the population of Australia and we are overtaking them in nominal GDP this year. Spain serves no use to the world except as a containment zone for refugees.

Because thats how their parliament work. You can ask for a "trust vote" and if you don't get 50% or something votes, you are out. Usually, in a sitting goverment without scandal, this is a an empty gesture. Also, some leaders of parliament use this often to ask support for certain harsh vote. So they combine the trust vote with the vote to stay in power, or getting new elections. This is as democratic as it gets. His whole party was corrupt to the core and he didn't do nothing, he claimed he knew nothing and helped not a bit to get them infront of a judge. Many in the scandal got 300+ years in jail, and he said again, nothing. He had to go, because he was an undemocratic leader.

To clarification:
PP corruption was made by companies and entrepreneurs giving money to the party for their political acts & shows during election times, from where the extra money was also shared with memebers of the party as a "black" payment. These companies and people gave money to the party to promote contracts with them in future goverments. Total money after 30 years: less than 100M€.
PSOE corruption case is stealing goverment's (And EU plans) money destinated to unemployement and shared between members of the party goverment in Andalucía, faking employement plans reports. Total money after 30 years: More than 1.217M€
PP is comparable like what Democrats/Republicans do, getting financing from lobbies, who later are awarded by them, yet this type of party financing is illegal here. PSOE case is directly stealing people's money. Yet, the PP case cost him the goverment yet PSOE still on their reign, a party which was already also gulty of illegal finnancing (Caso Filesa).
This is a coup? "Yes". Both parties are full of shit? Yes. But because one of them is left wing, it's getting free of all shit. The left is the problem. 2nd Civil War when.
