Yes, better getting some pills for a few shkelim, good goym. Get addicted goym.

We know, it's voodoo, Americans still buy it though so yay capitalism

This. I knew a guy who became hopelessly addicted to going to the chiropractor. It's an expensive habit. He just had to constantly go in for his orgasmic joint cracking.

Magnet healing. I'm sure having ur joints cracked feels good to an extent tho...

womp womp

oh I've seen that, it seems your cancer is spreading - we also have other dumb witchdoctor shit I've never heard about "chiropractors" my entire life until a week ago
these dudes aren't even qualified to be a nurse and you idiots let them fuck with your spine and call them "doctors" lmao

They exist for car accidents. Lawyers tell you to go to one they like, they drastically over exaggerate about the problem, you get more money, they get more money.

Im in a lobby right now for my lower back. I believe it actually does work, but depends on the injury

You've got unqualified dudes just fucking with people's spines? Is it like the Indian head massage or some shit in your country?

but it doesn't, you only have to read the fucking wikepedia article to see it that it's all bullshit pseudoscience - it has been debunked - you know what a placebo is?

yeah but every fucking american goes to the spine witchdoctor, only idiots here use those services - I've never met anyone my entire life in europe that talked about that shit

My experience with chiropractors have been pretty good though
I go to a rather expensive one that does massage therapy and ultrasound therapy before you see the chiropractor himself.
Yeah, it feels good and I'm much more limber for the next few weeks after

but I first went in because I pinched a nerve coming off of my shoulder, and it caused my thumb, index and middle finger to go numb
it took me 2 weeks after getting tested and x-rays before I decided to go into the chiropractor
2 visits and a few days later I started getting feeling back into my fingers

not to mention he fixed a kink in my hip that I didn't know was there, I now have much more articulation in my right leg

My chiropractor got rid of my lower back pain from 10 years of work, and my headaches are basically non existent now. Youd be surprised what kind of problems having a spine that isnt in proper alignment can cause.

Maybe some people require more human touch.

Im pretty sure if someome would pop my neck the right way 99% of my problem would be solved

As far as I'm concerned, chiropractic care is like sending your car to a mechanic to get tire rotations and alignments. Not as super serious as getting hospital care but still helps a lot.

if you have a spine (serious stuff) problem why not just go to the hospital and see a qualified professional? why do you go to the fucking dude around the corner that isn't even qualified to be a nurse so he can fuck with your spine? it's just retarded - people have actually become injured and paralyzed because of these snake oil salesmen

as a mechanic that comes from an independent shop and tries to not jew people out of money
tire rotations and alignments are INSANELY important
if your engine/transmission is constantly fighting the alignment to move forward, you're slowly killing both
tire rotations are especially important on AWD cars, Subarus mostly, because with new ones a small difference between wear pattern can end up breaking differentials

and to add, try to fix any sort of vibration in your cars people, vibration means stuff rattling around and wiggling stuff loose, breaks down rubber bushings much faster

My neck got stuck sideways after an accident, had terrible pain
Went to one and after one session I was fine
My neck was fucked for weeks before hand, real "doctors" wanted to feed me pills
Get fucked

>wait.. americans actually believe in this shit?
americans are fucking retards. what did you expect?

yea and i can accurately guess it was because:
> you never stretched or did any fucking exercise what so ever
> as large as the moon so unable to do this shit yourself.

'MURICA! USA USA USA #1

>implying the hospital will do literally anything but give you aspirin
Hospitals are where you go to gain new ailments, more often than not.

calm down moor

Chiropractors make you feel good though, even if they don't cure you

youtube.com/watch?v=GGxpzyewzxM

Did you know our side bone setters and surgeons they're all witch doctors? Sugar pills are as effective as prescriptions.

dunno how it is in portugal but here you have to study extensively to practice as a chiropractor
the guild just got a bad name because a few chiropracters claim they can heal anything and everything with their magic touch which is not true
generally theres nothing wrong with chiropractors and they can help with a lot of conditions

>if you have a spine (serious stuff) problem why not just go to the hospital and see a qualified professional? why do you go to the fucking dude around the corner that isn't even qualified to be a nurse so he can fuck with your spine? it's just retarded - people have actually become injured and paralyzed because of these snake oil salesmen

People like you are just as stupid as people who believe most chiropracters are worthwhile. Doctors are rote book learned creatures for the most part. Sometimes you'll get the rare one that isn't just going through the motions of what it knows to be true and actually cares about fixing you, but that isn't common.

>D. D. Palmer founded chiropractic in the 1890s, after saying he received it from "the other world"

yeah great stuff

stop being so poor and ill allow you to post here.

Who cares? DNA was discovered by a guy on acid. Kurt Godel was inspired by God.

t. $5,000 an hour physician.

web md is the most searched site by drs.

Jesus Murphy. The reason chiropractors are shit on is because of the jews ya fucking idiots. I'll let you think about why for a while

Many breakthroughs and inventions come from a flash of insight or intuition.

Fuck, Quazar speaks to me to. I’m translating the ‘Goyble’ as we speak

>"... we must have a religious head, one who is the founder, as did Christ, Mohamed, Jo. Smith, Mrs. Eddy, Martin Luther and other who have founded religions. I am the fountain head. I am the founder of chiropractic in its science, in its art, in its philosophy and in its religious phase."
OP is an atheist nerd, respect the prophet.

Shhhhhhhh goy!!

>wikipedia
dropped it

Lawyerfag here. This used to be the case, but most people (and all insurers) are wise to the chiro scam. I tell my clients to just go to an MD. Chiros are over.

uh, sorry, but your ribs DO come out of socket, and its feels EXCELLENT when she pops them back in.

>youtube.com/watch?v=2Ohfw-joBOY
I've heard they make bank. Is that true?

>As an active spiritist, D.D. Palmer said he "received chiropractic from the other world" from a deceased medical physician named Dr. Jim Atkinson

>In his book, The Chiropractor (published posthumously, 1914), Palmer described the situation:

>"The knowledge and philosophy given me by Dr. Jim Atkinson, an intelligent spiritual being, together with explanations of phenomena, principles resolved from causes, effects, powers, laws and utility, appealed to my reason. The method by which I obtained an explanation of certain physical phenomena, from an intelligence in the spiritual world, is known in biblical language as inspiration. In a great measure The Chiropractor's Adjuster was written under such spiritual promptings.

>He regarded chiropractic as partly religious in nature. In a letter of May 4, 1911 he said:

>"... we must have a religious head, one who is the founder, as did Christ, Mohamed, Jo. Smith, Mrs. Eddy, Martin Luther and other who have founded religions. I am the fountain head. I am the founder of chiropractic in its science, in its art, in its philosophy and in its religious phase."

>In his 1914 book, the first chapter expanded on his religious views of chiropractic: "The Moral and Religious Duty of a Chiropractor".
>"... nor interfere with the religious duty of chiropractors, a privilege already conferred upon them. It now becomes us as chiropractors to assert our religious rights."
>"The practice of chiropractic involves a moral obligation and a religious duty."

americans are so easily conned it's not even funny

For a mere 1k, good goy

I'm curious, why were you angry about this though

>t. thinks physicians are paid by the hour

This.
Hospitals fucked me over and ruined my life. No, thanks. They should be used for real emergencies, but most doctors and surgeons abuse their power too much. They have schedules to follow and gaps to fill. They're absolute scum.

If you really want to know, its more of American distrust of institution and authority, not so much being easily conned. We'd rather be conned by small businesses and weird cults than insurance companies and Uncle Sam.

>kill the messenger
Fuck you

Ya Wikipedia great source there Paco.

i know a guy who got paralyzed from the neck down because he went to the chiropractic for back pain

I wouldn't even let an orthopedic surgeon touch my spine. However, why don't people go to a D.O. and get osteopathic manipulative treatment before a chiropractor?

I'm sure that mexican posting here would love to see the Wikipedia article on that.

just pop your own back or neck if you feel tense (it does work) but never let another person touch you to do what you can. they don't know your comfort zone or how much is too much

Ive seen people regain the ability to walk through chiropracty. Modern American doctors will only either give you drugs or invasive surgery for a back injury. Better to atleast try spinal adjustmebts before going through that

Had a similar experience, hurt my neck and hands would go numb, two years of this.
>This is my life now
Saw a chiropractor, numbness was gone in about a month.

It seems like more people believe in bullshit now than ever. Chiropractors, ghosts, aliens, conspiracy theories, christianity, healing crystals, etc. All the stupid shit it looked like we were going to get over 10 years ago are now bigger than ever.

Chiro is not some golden miracle cure for everything, but it can be incredibly life changing in certain situations, like this kid:

youtu.be/_zGxaszUceA

if you slip a disk it's pretty much over unless you get surgery

Look, dude, we got a lot of dim bulbs who for reasons of status and self-image want to be called "doctor" mmmkay?

Don't spoil the fun for these people! You can wink wink to those who get the farce, but don't spoil the dreams of these poor losers. Don't be the guy who tells little kids there's no Santa.

Attached: Santa.jpg (767x575, 89K)

yeah idk what goes on over in your country, but here in america people get licenses and schooling on anatomy/physiology or whatever thing related to the musculoskeletal system

i bought an inversion table instead.
its great hanging upside down feeling my spine slowly click back into alignment

LOL yuropoor you mad the govt takes all your cash in the form of taxes and gives it to your Muslim bulls, in fact don't you have your govt mandated prep session coming up?
My chiro cost 60 for the first visit and 40 for each visit after

Whether they work or not we don't really care. We do care about having the freedom to conduct our own research and take our ailments to whomever suits us. We aren't a big daddy govt nation and we aren't jealous of you manchildren who need government to protect you from yourselves. In fact, Trump just passed the "right to try" act which makes us the most medically free developed nation on the planet.

tl:dr cry more faggot

I only know one person who goes to a chiropractor on a semi-regular basis. No one in my family has ever gone to one

>physicians are paid by the hour
They can be paid by the hour
t. PA

It's all run by jews - they get goyim addicted to the cracking. Check out the Chiropractic Colleges - jew administration - every single time.

>go to a guy who cracks my back
>my back feels better
>random strangers tell me its pseudoscience

I'm going to go more often just to make you guys mad now.

Having been together with one for several years. Im in the best health of my life. No headaches, back pain, mussle cramps, etc. Get a huge discount on vitamins and supplements the good shit not the fake grocery store isle crap.

Complete sucks because they want to low ball any one that wants to work in the industry. Min wage, no benefits or insurance and in debt like a rich mans mistresses.

Medical jews have completely brainwashed the John Q Public on drugs etc. Its a huge red pill if your aware of the medical jewery.

>but i went to one and I felt better
yeah no shit massages feel good, the problem is that these guys aren't just massaging you but they claim they can cure spine cancer or some shit by doing it

It does feel pretty good. Only went once because my neck was killing me and it definitely had a positive effect, but I can see how it comes across as phony

My dads a chiropracter so I've been getting free adjustments my whole life :) feels good

Go get addicted to opioids now

Most Americans think it's a type of physical therapy and have no idea it's based on pseudoscience. At least it's not 100% placebo like European herbal tinctures.

have Americans with back pain not heard of swimming? I mean it's off the table for 44% of you but the others should try it.

Is it really that different in your country? Here it’s a 5 year uni education, same unis that educate doctors, nurses and physical therapists.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone claim any sort of black magic fuckery surrounding chiropractors here.

Headon! Apply directly to the forehead. Headon! Apply directly to the forehead.

Americans will believe anything. I think its all the GMO they've been eating.

Confusingly, there are quack chiropractors and chiropractors who are trained therapists like you describe in the US. Most are quacks because the training is cheaper, though, and most of the actual therapists advertise chiropractic as a secondary service.

This and that.

placebos are effective treatments retard

You could visit a chiropractor. Or you could take yoga classes a few times a week.

Almost all musculoskeletal issues are caused by poor posture and movement patterns and weak/atrophied muscles and other imbalances.

I've had it with a dozen different blokes, in their 30s, complaining about lower back pain and taking time off work and shit for it. I show them a couple of stretches (because they almost always have tight hip flexors, quads, weak glutes and erectors etc...) and the pain is demolished fucking instantly.

My dad fucking hobbled around whining about his back for fucking ages and I told him to stretch his fucking hip flexors and showed him how. What did he say 'nah, duh, my back hurts, not my legs, why would stretching my legs help?'.

He finally stretches the appropriate musculature and suddenly his back pain is gone.
Same with spinal compression, stretch that shit out, strengthen the posterior chain and the erectors and so on and so forth.

Unless you're born deformed or seriously injured pretty much all your issues can be fixed (as good as they can be depending on wear and tear) with some good fucking stretching and strengthening.

So take yoga classes and maybe learn how to pick up some weights.

Wait, are you saying that the Asian massage parlor won't make my back feel better?

Makes sense. Glorious nippon already figured that one out
youtube.com/watch?v=QnZJINpzhs8

>Indian head massage
you mean the socialist party's platform?
