Imagine for a second that you have an extremely attractive woman insinuate that she will have sex with you if you do something for her, but once you do her the favor, she hesitates to have sex with you, but you infer again that she might have sex with you if you do another favor, and so on and so forth.
Two possibilities will occur:
1) You will become frustrated, and will no longer believe that sex with her is an option.
OR
2) You will blindly continue to believe, or have faith in, the possibility that sex with her might occur if you continue to do her favors.
The second option is interesting.
The second option tells us that an individual can convince themselves that something might be true, despite all evidence to the contrary.
Pavlov’s theory could potentially explain this, if you truly believe in your mind that a perceived stimulus, no matter how improbable, can produce a response.
>So how is this pol related?
I’m glad you asked.
Have you noticed a consistent announcement on social media or news about a happening that never comes?
Just look at the pol catalog now, and today is a great example, because we were expecting a happening today from fairly credible sources.
>Conclusion:
I believe it’s possible that the federal government, whether or not in collusion with the media, creates this repetitive dissatisfaction syndrome.
A conditioning where you are stimulated by the POSSIBILITY of a result or happening, despite nothing ever happening.
In other words, the masses are being conditioned to feel a satisfactory unconditioned response to a perceived stimulation via repetitive dissatisfaction.
>Translation: You feel happy about the idea of possibly getting laid, or a happening, even though realistically the odds are it’s never going to happen.
The most interesting part of all is those of us who continue to “do favors” (or shill), for whomever, despite a lack of reward.
This is the power of repetitive dissatisfaction.
