explain what

the death penalty is immoral

Why libcuck states have the death penalty but based ones don't

North Dakota and Iowa are not lib states

If an individual has committed heinous crimes, is truly unable to reintegrate into society, and the only alternative is waste resources on keeping them in jail, then why would it be immoral to put them to death?

There have been many proven cases of innocent accused inmates being put to death. Oklahoma several years ago had some cunt in their crime lab purposely botching DNA results for convictions.

sure does save a lot of money

Sometimes the courts get it very wrong. Two teenagers (whites) were convicted of murdering a pizza guy.

1: They admitted to it
2: they called the place right before to see if their buddy had left.

They were convicted and in prison. Then, the same gun was used in Virginia, and THAT guy confessed. Had the justice system executed them, two of our White brothers would have been killed in an act of horrible injustice.

So, that is why we don't kill people in the name of the law.

Iowa boy here.

The government should not have the power to kill it's own citizens.

Because execution is a larger financial burden to the state due to appeals and whatnot than just letting them rot with a life sentence.

fuck off back to the SE dump that is keocuck you shit stain.

shuttup bolshevik im gay. and im a jew nigger too. don't call michigan based. we hate the death penalty because we are a christian state! Our christian values allow us to incarcerate degenerates for life in the hope that they will turn and accept a new life through repentance.

death penalty is reserved exclusively for spies and traitors

exactly, and they dont have it

Be nice, I'm from the hills of the northeast. God's country.

Story County checking in

No, it doesn't.

I'm lazy and don't want to provide proof but look into it yourself. Life sentence is cheaper.

why would the retards admit it then

I stop in Story City whenever i'm heading to DSM.

Michigan user, here. Our state was the first to abolish the death penalty if I recall correctly. I absolutely disavow these sad cucks

We need to bring back Hanged, Drawn and Quartered. Crime rate would plummet then

Turn off the memeflag, pajeet.

Do you guys now Norris and Bittaker? These are two psychos so fucked up they use the audio tapes of them murdering some girl as training to desensitize FBI agents to fucked up shit.
This is an image from their trial. See how people react to what they see and hear, and if you turn the volume up you can listen to the tape yourself.

t's not an interview, it's the record of them raping and torturing one of their victims. It's still used as part of the desensitizing training at Quantico I think.

>That tape was played for the actor Scott Glenn, when he was researching his role for Silence Of The Lambs at the FBI behavioral science unit. Douglas gave Glenn a tour of the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit in Quantico, Virginia. After hearing tapes of serial killers Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris raping and torturing a 16-year-old girl, Glenn walked out “in tears,” and was suddenly in favor of the death penalty.

>here is unused footage from a news report about the lawrence bittaker trial, the cameraman is waiting outside as a tape is played, it is a recording of a woman he tortured, he ripped her nipples and clit off with plyers, people leave the room in tears, grown men go off to the toilet to vomit and as the door swings open you can hear a snippet of her scream, it is like nothing else, you can't act the gutteral terrified scream she makes, it will stay with you

Bittaker just smiled while this was playing

This is the kind of fucked up faggot you pay to clothe and feed because there's no death penalty.

Abolishing the death penalty is one of the first steps on the road to degeneracy

it should be, if libcucks didnt make it artificially more expensive than it needs be

Can speak to WV. They can't afford the death penalty. Too many appeals, too much $ to convict them. Figure it's cheaper to warehouse them

That would explain having it but not using it, but it's banned

West Virginia used to be completely controlled by Democrats. It wasn't until the year 2000 that they became a solid red state. Prior to that for over a hundred years Democrats has no serious opposition. In the 1960s the anti death penalty movement started in America. For the first time in American history a majority of Americans wanted to eliminate the death penalty. And most of the political opponents to the death penalty were Democrats. So Democrats in West Virginia ended up eliminating the death penalty with support from most of the state at the time.

After the 1964 election Democrats made major gains in Iowa. They took over the legislature and in 1965 passed a law eliminating the death penalty.

North Dakota has the death penalty until the 1970s. But their last execution was in 1905. They eliminated it because they have such a low crime rate and keeping it was just a waste of money.

California still has it because the citizens are the ones who vote regarding the death penalty. It was eliminated in the 1960s but in the 1970s bringing back the death penalty was put on the voting ballots and it passed. Since then it has been put on the ballot to be abolished but those measures never passed.

Michigan's constitution says that the death penalty is banned. They are the only state to have it written in their constitution. Apparently in the 1830s someone was hanged who was innocent and they ended up being the first state to eliminate the death penalty because of that.

If you want any more info about other states let me know.

All of them, if you can, or at least the most interesting

> iowa death penalty
Back in 2001 some mutt in sioux city went full hammertime on his family. Killed 7 people, mostly kids. It was perhaps the most gresome murder in state history. Immediately a popular drum beat to bring back the death penalty started to bubble it.

12 days later was 9/11 and everyone pretty much forgot about it.

texas here we executed a few innocent people before but most of the people that get it do deserve it so we probably wont get rid of it ever
