It's not difficult to imagine. Just take current white demographics and statistics and extrapolate. Our crime rate would plummet. Our education stats would soar. And there would be much less dependence on the public sector. Our productivity and GDP would also rise significantly.

And let's be clear, how do we qualify "white?" I propose we use Sam Huntington's "Class of Civilizations" map and qualify Western Civilization as "white." And I'm realistic. Given the circumstances of globalization and it's necessities, we can allow a small and well vetted minority population but it should be kept under 10%.

Trust me i'm not a fan of a bunch of niggers and spics but in small numbers and broken up out of their communities they are tolerable. An ideal nation would be 90% white and 10% a various mix of other minorities with no one being a supreme majority, and all 100% integrated culturally.

Not sure if OP means this in the world of reality - or an alternate history science-fiction scenario.
In reality it's not possible, and even if all non-whites caught some sort of disease and died tomorrow. I'm not sure whites are even as capable of creating a great society as they once were. You look at the people who were US founders. Read their words and ideas. They were highly educated, serious people. They were the Aristocracy of their age (figuratively speaking in America)
White men today can't even be an authority figure on the level of high school teacher. They are forced to conform to anti-white rules to even get a job. The religion that guided the population is gone now and it won't be returning. That's extremely important, even if you despise Christianity, you can't deny that it provided a powerful guide and sense of purpose for the culture.
Overall, the quality of the people is down for a whole host of reasons. Maybe it can be pulled up, but I'm not optimistic.
