Full of shit, I worked at a Chilies for like 4 years and blacks were at least 99% of our Dine and Dash's and rarely tipped at all but NEVER in a group. It was blatant enough that even black servers got mad when seated black groups unevenly. No one wanted to serve them, but servers of any race would notice the second we were seated more black groups than another server. People got in fights about it.
