Well its a dumb question. Why the fuck would the IRA be fighting "muslims" in general? ISIS or something, sure. But even that's a dumb question. ISIS and other Islamists groups only ever see success in guerilla combat and terrorism. They can't fight in a conventional war because then people know who the enemy is and can kill them.
