I think the best way to address the issue is to attempt to divide the Muslims and the left, I'm not sure how to do this but it needs to be done.
Without the left (this includes both Labour and Tories) Islam would not have a leg to stand on and would easily be dealt with.
Playing divide and conquer, another way could be to cause the left to start purity spiralling, either over ideology or ethnicity (like many on Jow Forums do over who is white). The whole labour is anti-Semitic is a good opening to start to divide the party.

Initially we would have to work within the two party system, but in the long run both parties must be destroyed to allow for a return to the Britain of old.
Both parties dislike whites, but the conservatives to a lesser extent, so they could be more easily infiltrated.
Perhaps we could break away from the system and create a new party like that of UKIP, but we would have to ensure that unlike UKIP that we don't focus too much on one goal, which led to the demise of UKIP into irrelevancy.
I think that attacking muslims or turing the people of Britain against them is the best way to cause long-term change as it deprives Labour of an important voting base and a potential obstical incase of civil war.
Attacking the governement alone will not work, as we would not be able to get as many people will join a movement like that.
However a movement which points out a massive problem in society and is the only party to do this could garner enough support for fundemental change.
