There is a great movie called "Hidden Figures" which is being made into a television series. It is about the black women mathematicians and computer scientists who got America into space.
My sister saw it at her grammar school and told me about it, so I got it and watched it. There are heart-warming scenes like this one:

I like how they refer to these people as 'hidden figures' as if back office employees at nasa are typically promoted publicly. The only nasa people anybody can name are the first 2 guys on the moon.
