In your democracy there is no president or upper house, and if there is those positions and legislatures are extremely weakened, so, the majority of you have just one lower house that controls the nation. In that house a lot of you have list voting, making it easier for minorities to get seats in the parliament, so the minute it gets over 50% minority, boom, you're done.
