It's always been that way user. It's always been a civic multicult flag, it exists to dillute English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish culture into Londonistan civic culture. Immigrants never identify with the national flags only the Union flag and theres a very clear reason for that. It's not about letting them have it, they always had it.
