Ok, srsly, the Greeks are a bunch of mutts ... but with every good mutt if the right 'fragments' of heritage combine you sometimes get a surprisingly 'pure' representation of one of the source populations. Hellenistic Greeks were most likely of Indoeuropean stock, at least their elites, ruling over a more ancient Anatolian (NOT the same as modern Turk Anatolians) lower caste/slave population (most extreme case maybe Spartans with their helots). So yeah, really depends on the Greek in question...
