It may be anecdotal but my father was a police officer in the NSW police force for 40 years. He was in the famed 21st division in Sydney in the early 70's. According to him the first thing they did to undermine security and therefore extend the criminal underworld was reduce the height requirements of applicants. Then they reduced the physical fitness requirements. This was when the country was still 98% white. Then they let women join. Then women bitched about the height requirements locking out most women so they removed it altogether. (It was 5ft11 for men, manlets knew their place then.) Then they started putting a quota on white immigrants to limit how many could come while opening us up to the middle east and Sea.

Crime shot through the roof by the early 80s and the police force now 20% women and 30% manlet hippie wimps could do nothing about it. The 21st division and the like who used to be known as the human garbage disposers - were all broken up, senior officers forced into retirement and middle aged guys put on the desks or pushed to quit. Younger guys were shat on for not being progressive enough until most quit. All of this done in the name of avoiding the very recently huge surge in kike public liability lawsuits. So the cops that would stop the viets and lebbos from becoming serious gangs and keep them inline were off the street or out of a job. Crime continued to soar. In comes the diversity hires. Culminating in massive internal investigations involving viet heroin gangs and arabs involved in human trafficking in the 90's. Meanwhile Cabramatta and Bankstown former white working class strongholds are now Viet and Muslim only areas today completely unsafe if you are not one of them.
