Black people have always existed, and some individuals will have made their way to Europe during the Middle Ages or Roman times as slaves, workers, soldiers/mercenaries, merchants or through the Church. Doesn't mean they ruled the society or made up the majority of any of these societies, which is actually what Afrocentrists claim (hence WE WUZ KANGS and not WE WUZ VISITORS).
With regards to Egypt, it's in Africa, Upper Egypt was in modern Sudan and interacted with Nubian, the Egyptians looking like modern Ethiopians and the Nubians looking like Sudanese. However, Lower Egypt was near the Medditerranean and the people mostly looked like modern day Arabs with some Indo-European looking people (Nordid, Mediterraneans etc.) as in modern Syria and Lebanon, which is nearby. Once again, just because Ancient Egyptians interacted with Africans and had some of them in their society.
