Call it an educational historical simulator and then use exacting physics and accurate details about the capabilities of the technology available at the time and then at the end of the game tell the player how many people "actually" died in whatever camp they're at and how many they killed. Maybe have a gameplay element where you'll get fired if you don't work harder to kill more Jews(ignore all the other people in the camps who weren't Jewish, that will be another awkward angle of attack for later protests), explain that this pressure is designed to show how White German People could have been complicit in such atrocities.
Reward the player for being a "good" person and not killing more people if they fall below the "official" number. Eventually someone will try to push it and achieve the actual number and that will start a whole new shit-show.
So you make it impossible to achieve the actual number by adhering to reality. You ignore the non-Jewish victims of the Holocaust. You punish the player during the game for not getting more deaths but reward them at the end for it.
And it will redpill aplenty.
