She won't. She was caught red handed mishandling classified information that would have gotten normal functionaries sent to prison for over a decade just for doing it accidentally. She did it on purpose and was most likely conducting espionage which should be a life sentence at least, the government admitted that she did it and should be tried, and then they refused to prosecute her.
