To be honest, Denmark is more based than Norway as of now. We are literally becoming Sweden-tier and we are not even part of EU. Our politicians still nonetheless follow EU rules and regulations especially regarding refugee/migrant quotas, also we have to follow UN quotas as well.
I have been in Denmark a couple of times, and it's been good experiences all the time. I did mostly avoid Köbenhavn and Sjælland though, and mainly visited Jylland. Everything is cheaper, especially beer and alcohol. Danes are more relaxed and less politically correct. I found it quite funny, they still use the term "neger" to refer to black people, something you are not allowed to do here in Norway.
Although, Norway has a much better nature and will grant you a higher salary and probably better living standard as well if you are able to find work over here.

You're not going to be able to afford to live where all the nice architecture in Oslo, Bergen or Copenhagen are. If you move there you'd probably live in some boring looking apartment building.

Also Denmark is one of the flattest countries in the world, it wouldn't be my option to move for amazing scenery.
