>At least one person was killed and numerous others were injured in a wild shootout that happened at Art All Night. “It’s very chaotic out here,” Lt. Darren Zappley said. “We have multiple people shot at this time.” The incident happened a little before 3 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of South Clinton Avenue at Art All Night, which is an annual 24-hour art show. Officials confirmed one person is dead, however the exact number of people injured in the shooting is unknown as of this time.
>“Maybe six or seven were injured by gunfire,” Zappley said. “There’s several in the operating room right now.” Official say it’s too early to know what sparked the incident, but there were several suspects shooting inside the gallery before off-duty police in the area returned gunfire.
>It’s unclear at this time whether the deceased victim was shot by police or a suspect. Several police departments throughout Mercer County were dispatched to aid in the investigation. “We’re getting reports of people still in the area with guns,” Zappley said around 3:30 a.m.
