The problem with banning things isn't people still trying to get them, but people still wanting them.
No one wants pedophiles (because no one likes them) so their genes (assuming there ever were in the first place) have been always bred out of society by making it illegal (or worse in previous times) and no one (except marxist freaks) complains about it.
Before we start banning something we must first exstinguish the desire to have it. Once we start having civil riots of immigrants against populists nobody will give a damn about videogames and if the latter will take power they'll likely get banned along with anything else that reduces social interactions (such as limiting internet connection, phone use,...)

The last game I played was The Last of Us. I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed that a video game actually had somewhat decent storytelling. The gameplay was also pretty tense, and I enjoyed every moment of it.
