I've been studying cults recently and the main way they grow is by supplying attractive modest housewives. As soon as the well of women dries up, the cult disappears overnight.
This can be achieved through mass breeding, encouraging your women to be fruitful and multiply. The problem is the children must be brainwashed into staying in the cult after they reach adulthood. This is a difficult task to perfect, which leads many cults to eventual ruin.
Another method which is crucial for a new cult is recruiting new females into the fold. This was much easier in decades past when women were more naive and spontaneous. Now most women are too influenced by feminism and the media. I believe it is still possible, but will require further discussion on new groundbreaking recruitment tactics.
We need large white families, loyal supporters, and compounds/communes in seclusion to protect our flock from outside degenerate influence.
I believe this can all be achieved within a cult framework, but it will all hinge on a successful recruitment campaign of quality females.
There is a hierarchy. Early adopters will be at the top of the leadership chain of command with the most perks, even if they aren't the supreme leader.

There are plenty of people who will accept cucking and some who like it.
I'm not opposed to different leadership or even leadership structures involving multiple heads. We need serious dedicated people to discuss and hash out these details. This could be big but there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. I assure you though, if you get in early you will have plenty access to women. Rewarding early adopters is crucial to any pyramid scheme. The idea is to gain enough females to make everyone happy.
