I was saying the same thing 10 years ago, as long as the current politicians and their cronies in the police, defense and other civil services are in play nothing much is going to happen. not one that i think is morally supportable, but historically, it is undeniable.
most people when they say something is degenerate mean something likethe opposite of "progressive" that it is new asn bad, and a drop from previous standards. (and that it is usually someone else having fun they which disapprove of because they don't swing that way)
