I've been searching online, and had trouble finding where the gang-related shootings are listed. Is this why they claim that black kids never shoot up schools?

So look close at the statistics. It could just as well be that the legal definition is selected to 'incriminate' blacks in yet another example of institutionalized racism or some other bullshit.
