Migrant crimes can't be reported or even prosecuted in most cases because these people legally don't exist. They arrive here without birth certificate, without ID, without a single piece of paper that can prove they even exist. These migrants can't legally be charged with a crime.

Our statistics are bullshit and even if not they don't look for ethnicities. All who looked into data that allowed assessing some ethnic background showed factors of 20 or higher per capita for the typical shitskins and niggers in violent crimes. As an example there are over 50k not prosecuted cases because of the system failing to the numbers alone in Berlin.

First of, all crime is down because property crime is down (theft, break-ins). At the same time violent crime (especially sexual assault) is up, but not quite how property crime is down. So technically crime is down, but the situation is even worse because a young girl being raped certainly isn't the same as a car being stolen, although it's both being counted as 1 crime in the statistics.
Also, illegally entering the country is still incredibly high but next to nothing compared to what happened in 2015/16. This is not a crime that is being persecuted in any way, but it still counts in the statistics. They actually calculated it out in their publicly presented data the last couple of years because it would "give a wrong impression of crime" and because of specific circumstances. Now that illegal immigration is comparatively down they calculate it back in and compare it to the previous years but they retroactively add the missing data again.
