Violent crimes like murder, assault, robbery, rape etc are all up.
White Collar and non violent crimes are way down or won't even make it into the statistics as a lot of states pretty much ordered their police to no longer enforce or report stuff related to small scale drug crimes.
Also a suspect of any crime only gets counted once no matter how many of the same crime he committed. So the suspect of 10 murders and 50 cases of drug trafficking gets counted as 1 in the murder and 1 in the drug trafficking statistic.
