Make a twenty minute compilation of cartel gore with Stephen Miller narrating, and then ten minutes of Trump behind the Resolute Desk calmly explaining what the wall, ending chain migration, etc. will do to stop and prevent it. Preempt all the TV networks during prime time the day before the election and scare the absolute hell out of people, so it lingers when they go vote and there's no time for a counter narrative.
