Not possible because Belarus is basically a Soviet State, Ukraine has ongoing civil war and territorial disputes with Russia and Georgia also has territorial disputes with Russia. Azerbaijan and Armenia also have ongoing territorial disputes with each other. And Moldova is like turbo poor Romania.
None of those countries could possibly join the EU in any near future.
