>The West Point graduate, who last year posed in a picture holding a cap that had “Communism will win” written inside, is officially out of the U.S. Army with an other-than-honorable discharge.
lmfao does the U.S.-GAY not give dishonorable discharges any more?
Does it even say if the discharge was related to the cap?
Xavier Howard
It's basically a dishonorable discharge without the stigma that comes with it.
William Hughes
>other-than-honorable the absolute state of the US army
Jackson Sanders
is he going to owe any money wasted on training this faggot?
Kevin Moore
good. Took them long enough tho. I remember that pic from over a year ago. Or maybe 2 even.
Angel Bailey
Its not an offense worthy of a dishonorable discharge. He's a jackass and more importantly he would be a liability as an officer, but he isn't a criminal.
Nolan Smith
>lmfao does the U.S.-GAY not give dishonorable discharges any more? 1. DD requires conviction at a General Court Martial 2. OTH can be issued administratively >OTH is DD w/o stigma. Not even close. A DD requires a Court-Martial. A General CM conviction is a felony conviction.
Shit like this is going to become more and more common. We are rapidly moving towards completely unregulated capitalism. In the modern world, nothing feeds communism like unregulated capitalism. The more exploitative the system the more attractive communism becomes, primarily because people look for simple answers to complicated problems. Its the same mechanism whereby forced multiculturalism feeds national socialism.
Jackson Butler
Other-than-honorable is just as bad as dishonorable in many respects. Future employers ask if you've been discharged "under honorable conditions", not "did you receive anything other than an honorable discharge". Additionally, he loses all the benefits that come with an honorable discharge, like the GI bill. One of the main differences between the two is that he can apply to have his discharge upgraded after a period of time (I forget exactly how long)
t. retard who got an other-than- honorable discharge
Cooper Miller
He's right you know.
If the military industrial complex gets so triggered by a kids private photo of three little hidden words, then that means they're scared.
Yeah it is a crime according to Military Justice laws: article 107 Making an False Official Statement ( in uniform), article 117 Provoking Speech, article 133 Conduct Unbecoming of an Officer, article 134-12 Disloyal Statements. In essence, he is a criminal because the military justice system has its own way of doing things, and b4 you cry 'muh freedom of speech' you give that up when you join.
Good, the faggot had the most punchable face after Hogg
John Cook
Daily reminder he was dismissed by the communists who run West Point for making communism look bad and revealing their hand too soon, not for being an actual communist.
Wyatt Peterson
You're that commie kid I'm sure of it. Fucking LARPer btfo.
Josiah King
you can't trust a commie to save you in battle, he will probably empty his magazines and distribute each round evenly to the enemy
Parker Harris
>If you oppose your enemies you're scared.. Canada never disappoints does it?
Connor Hughes
Odd that he would get through the entire thing without being bounced at some point for whatever perverse streak he seems to embody. I kinda thought these places were fairly rigorous and bound up in orthodoxy and traditionalism. And how come he's slathered with micro-medals? Other guys in the pic aren't.
It's hung you clown. Someone should shoot you with a sawn-off or chop you with an ax.
Nicholas Perez
Did you check by looking up before posting? Hung isn't wrong, but in terms of common usage he's right.
Ryder Rodriguez
>If you oppose communism, you're a fascist. You are the embodiment of everything that is wrong with the world
Hanged is technically correct when talking about hanging a person.
Josiah Martin
I'm sorry to break this to you, but "hanging" terminology has become archaic, meaning it no longer qualifies as "basic" english.
Oliver Ortiz
communism is a huge problem in Canada
Zachary Scott
>"communism will win" >2018 >almost 30 years since the ultimate failure of communism >they still haven't learned history's lesson
Jose Diaz
the fuck are you on, mutt
James Baker
underrated
Adam Morales
>you can't trust a commie to save you in battle, he will probably empty his magazines and distribute each round evenly to the enemy.
The Germans thought the Communists lacked the will to fight, and looked how it worked out for them.
Brayden Gonzalez
only in urban areas and campuses, but those aren't people so it doesn't count
Carter Johnson
I think hanged is incorrect grammar that was used in common parlance so often it became the norm back in the day.
Levi Flores
It's amazing how much will someone has to move forward when there is "a comrade" standing behind him pointing a gun at him waiting to kill I'm if he doesn't. Commies eat their own; has always been this way and will always be this way. It's a cult.
Cooper White
Nah he's actually right. Hanged is used when referring to a person executed, hung is used every other time. English is a weird language made by weird people.
Easton Fisher
About time. The fucking rat knew he was infiltrating. Anyone still got his chat log with those other communists -he talked about infiltrating didn't he?
Logan Richardson
Sure, like the hung jury couldn't convict the man to be hanged until he was dead.
Brandon Martinez
Jizz in yer pants
Jaxson Sanchez
The standard rule for the past tense of hang is this: in almost all situations, you should use the word hung. I hung a picture of Noah Webster on the wall. After school, she hung out in the library. Use hanged when referring to a person being suspended by a rope around the neck until dead. Is it 'Hung' or 'Hanged'? | Merriam-Webster merriam-webster.com/words-at-play/hung-or-hanged Now I'm confused desu (Polish is my first language)
Matthew Diaz
I'm wondering what happened to the radical muslim that was teaching him, oh and his communist pals.
Michael Robinson
See Look at the population of Russia today. Didn't they have nearly limitless soldiers? What happened to that? When did the decline start? Every other war torn country replaced their lost population, why did the militant Communists fail?
Ian Foster
yes, he will have to repay all of it.
John Thomas
True
Nolan Hill
you goober, was it active or reserve?
Brandon Butler
Bingo
Also we're currently in a formal state of war. Otherwise his acts would be considered sedition and he could've been executed.
What if they couldn't get him out of the military as an enlisted man so they gave him the opportunity to go to west point, become an officer, and as soon as his commission was granted they booted him and the picture was incidental.
Isaac Long
now where is that video of the faggot commander in the UK army crying about muh racism we don't want racists...it's around here somewhere
Michael Walker
I believe it still is, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communist_Control_Act_of_1954 >However, the Supreme Court of the United States has not ruled on the act's constitutionality. Despite that, no administration has tried to enforce it. The provisions of the act outlawing the party have not been repealed.
Isaiah Wright
Bump.
Good amd fuck him. Communists don't deserve the air they breathe.
Jason Bailey
It's effectively a dishonorable discharge but without the required court-martial which would take up a lot of time and money. You are barred from reenlistment and from all but a handful of VA programs.
Dishonorable discharges are reserved for extreme circumstances such as rape, murder, cowardice, or desertion in wartime and is considered the equivalent of a felony conviction with the associated loss of civil rights.
Hey yeah, they must be on some serious ABC lists by now.
Gabriel Moore
I guess lynching is archaic, too, since both lynching and hanging were done to muh slaves and we all know we're not supposed to member the past.
Zachary Moore
I can't tell if he's white or spic??
Jack Thompson
If he's gonna be autistic enough to point out basic grammar mistakes, then I'm gonna be autistic enough to point out that the grammar is not actually basic, since the terminology has fallen out of common usage.
yes, correct
Ayden Allen
The Red Army actually had very few members of the Communist Party. The vast majority were politically unaffiliated men who enlisted or were conscripted into service. Likewise the Soviet officer corps was largely made up of non-party members.
Communist Party members in the Soviet Armed Forces tended to be either Commissars (responsible for keeping up morale/monitoring for sedition) or the NKVD (secret police).
>lacked the will to fight They actually lacked the brains, but that's only because Stalin purged all the military leaders. Then again, all those leaders were retards that couldn't even invade Poland in the 20s or whatever.
David Johnson
It's basically a temporary dishonorable discharge. You can have it overturned later on. In this case it's basically "go sit in the corner and think about what you did". Tbh I dont know why people became so fixated on this. Yeah he did a dick thing in graduation. I thought edgy shit too when I was 18. He graduated from the program, they aren't looking to boot him out, just teach him a lesson.
Ayden Taylor
And OTH will also show up as a black mark on any job history search a potential employer would do. Even burger flippers will take a pass on him.
He fucking deserves it too, not only for being a commie, but also supporting a terrorist organization that murdered US service members.
Jesus fuck, is hard enough to enlist through the Officer route of the military, why the FUCK would you go through all of that hard work just to piss it all away like that?
none of this makes any sense to me, i'd be damn proud if i was an officer in the US military
its not illegal, as a Soldier, be it enlisted or officer he still has SOME freedom of speech, but doing this kind of BS does not fall into this category, you give away some freedoms like expressing this garbage in exchange of the benefits from being Military.
RAF (not the Royal Air Force but the communist terror cells in Central Europe). Now I remember why I sperged. This backshooter is an infiltrator planning to murder soldiers and betray them at any opportunity. It's good for him he's gone for his own sake or he'd get fragged. Others must feel as I do. COMMUNISM HAS LOST AGAIN
You know, as long as air is free you have to use as much as possible of it.
Carson Jones
Communism must be purged in its entirety from all institutions you pinko faghot
Angel Martinez
Any vets or currently in the US army in here? How do you guys feel about this bastard?
John Scott
What was in the pic?
Sebastian Murphy
Happens to a lot of us. Me and a friend got discharged for smoking weed all the time every day for weeks on base. He got other-than-honorable instead of dishonorable because his Dad was a full bird. I managed to get honorably discharged because I did a lot of good work and socialized much more than him.
John Rogers
>people came out to show support
say that all you want, people having your back doesnt pay the bills or put food in your stomach. i really doubt theyll shelter him or give him money.
>thinking you can change things from the inside The military is too set in its own ways, no matter what you do you are just part of the machine.
