I can't really prove it but i'll give you an example. So when I was in high school, I went to 2 different schools, the first one was really diverse and there were hardly any white folks there. The school was terrible, teachers were shit and the students were assholes. When I transfer to the other school it was amazing. It was consist of mostly whites and has a moderate numbers of minorities. The students were nicer, the teachers were cool, overall I love the new school.

Most big law firms and newschool corporations have diversity hiring practices, as whites think linearly/temporally, asians think micro, blacks think outside the box, hispanics think with EQ, and natives think cyclically and big picture.
