Why do people think any of these factors matter? The problem comes from the manipulation of a kids mind from someone with so much more experience that the kid is defenseless against manipulations. If you allow an adult to be in a relationship with a kid they'll mold that kid into whatever they want. This is the biggest problem. Legalizing it ensures that adults would be able to claim a young gullible mind and shape it as they see fit and there wouldn't be much you could do about it other than try and keep the kid away from them but you'd be seen as a pedophobe. Your only choice in a pedosexual world is to allow your kid to be indirectly abducted by the adult in the situation.
The fact that a kids defenses against manipulation and grooming is far less than that of an adult ensures that it should never ever be legal.
