I smoke casually with friends, on average once every month or two months. With once I mean 2-3 days in a row, then 4-8 weeks nothing, sometimes longer. Usually for 1 or 2 days I feel a bit off afterwards, bit slower, irritable, although this is also caused by the tobacco we usually put in there. I prefer vaping a good strain, much cleaner and afterwards no real side effects.

But, that's a good strain. While back a buddy brought so-called "moonrocks"... that was legit trippy shit. I did not like it, too much, and I can imagine someone going seriously schizo from smoking that particular condensed weed extensively.
