>Video recordings are no longer allowed as evidence in courts
>Prosecutors have only a year to find a criminal and persecute them. If they fail to find the criminal in 1 year they have to close the case
>Criminal cases are no longer allowed to go to higher courts if the criminal is acquitted unless new evidence is found, basically making the lower courts more powerful than the higher ones
>During investigations, when a victim is interrogated they have to be interrogated together with the criminal in the same room, not only with the criminal's lawyer
>If police finds evidence of another crime during an investigation they have to destroy that fucking evidence. If someone is investigated for theft for example and the police finds on their computer child pornography they have to delete it and not prosecute the fucker for that

That law didn't pass you fucker. And the law said that you weren't allowed to wear fascism symbols or make fascist speeches.
Two years later PSD modified it to also include the Iron Guard, because the PSD version of the law defined the Iron Guard as fascists despite National Romanian Academy of History telling them that they don't fall under fascism and that they were brave anticommunist fighters.
