My former boss unironically did, yes. Pretty sure my boss was aware of our antics but he's an asocial autist and didn't really care, also my friend was a 6'2 bodybuilder so he may have been a little afraid.

Let me see if I can turn it around and look at it from another point of view.
Would an employer fire someone because they have right wing opinions, (asside from the legality of it or not) or hire someone because of their left wing opinions and values?

Does someone's political opinion make them a more desireable, reliable, trustworthy, hard working employee?

Should politics be kept out of the buisness space? (not that this happens since politicos do their best to gather corporate contracts and tend to listen to their doners rather their their people)

I have a few more questions to consider about this, but I want to know what others think about this.

Oddly yes. I live near a sanctuary city swarming with mexicans and my employer is an up-jumped illegal. Pretty decent to work for, for the most part, but he just sort of assumes that white people cant stand non-whites. Its never been an issue, he doesnt seem to see it as a conflict to coworker relations, and hes never made the point outright, but it seems that his default opinion that races dont care for one another. I was weary of it at first but after a thousand little offhanded statements of his made in no unkind tone that presume that I would back white people of mexicans any day of the week, ive been allowed to be pretty open about it as the years have passed. Im not an asshole about it, but no ones shocked or bitter when I treat white clients significantly better than non-whites.
