You know Sandy Hook was a CIA town. They go in and buy up a town with cheap propert that's centrally located between field offices, and set up the agents and their families to live in it. For security mostly.
You can pick out the towns by using google earth. If 80% of the houses have black or gray govt style cars/SUVs, it's a good bet that's one of them
