I keep reading it might hit by the end of the Summer into the Fall. If Gorsuch votes in favor of abolishing it, it gives Trump the leverage to get the votes on DACA amnesty and wall funding 25 billion. As he points out, he has 51 in the senate, he needs 60 for it to pass, but he needs the DACA leverage to the wall funding.
Once the wall starts being built, that secures him the 2020 election, and might even secure him another supreme court judge. My guess is that the media and democrats see the writing on the wall and are trying to find an out.

I believe this summer will be a nonstop flurry of punches. If I were in Trump's shoes I would want to make this a long and drawn out process that is constantly in everyones faces to the point of fatigue.
