hi kraut pol. I recently made Brats and Sauerkraut after being inspired by delicious looking pics posted previously in this general. it was the first time i ever had sauerkraut and it was really good. very delicious. Depends what diet you are on. If you are water fasting you are essentially in ketosis and burning fat stores which is different from starvation. If you diet by cutting fat and only eating carbohydrates which was previously popular, your body will never enter proper ketosis during the diet. Instead it will put itself into starvation mode to reduce the amount of carbohydrates it burns because they are in limited supply. If you do a ketosis diet or water fast your body will have as much energy available as is stored in your skin and fat and you will never feel like you're starving.
