One of the things he tells people - the "clean your bedroom" meme - is a way to tell people that before you think about criticising how the world ought to work from your point of view you should organize your life first ("clean your bedroom").

he's simply doing his part in encouraging the goyim to support (((the system))); the metaphors make sense, but he uses these memes as a way to get his audience to be focused on themselves, instead of their environment.

He makes the same argument that free market capitalists do to excuse the failings of the system: "you should have changed it if you don't like it."
Without a higher order of values and beliefs particularly in a spiritual domain, he binding of society will be so weak that the notion of mutual trust and support, something taken completely for granted by his system (he figures someone else will solve that like all individualists do), will be nonexistent.
His problem bandaids the situation. telling young men to man up is generally applaudable thing, but outright telling these guys that there is no systematic effort to disenfranchise them in the current system is down right evil.
But Peterson is an optimist. The system will solve itself without realizing it has slowly erroded for generations. The Traditional foundation of the system's creation is being used up by the parasitic liberalism it was founded on. There's a reason no modern myths have rekindled the flame of the Western spirit. The system cannot support itself and is dying. Peterson is the captain telling you to go down in the ship with him.
