Low-intensity cardio like jogging is pretty dumb. The more often you do it, the more efficient your body becomes at burning calories from doing it = you build a resistance to losing calories from it. Do high-intensity cardio like sprinting or hitting a punching bag. Otherwise, heavy weightlifting, especially compound exercises (bench, squat, overhead, pullup, deadlift) burns a fuckton of calories while convincing your body that it needs a lot more muscle = burning lots of fat and very little muscle.
