Things like this are just common conquest actions in an ethno-national conscious society after the XIX century. By returning Sudetenland to the Czechs, it was pretty much expected and implied by the Allies that they would ban Germans: what sense does it make arranging borders with the goal of a lasting peace if there's countrymen outside them? That was exactly the justification Hitler used for the annexation of that same territory years before.
I dont know if she's being just ignorant or making propaganda for "much refugee" thing. Also, those 3 million Germans didnt disappear into thin air: most went to Germany (East or West) and increased her human and economic resources, and it became an ethnic state afterall (or it was, before the mass tolerated immigration of this century).
