The sugar limit depends on the individual, user. Some shouldn't go over 30, some over 40 and some can even stay in ketosis with 50g of sugars. Sodium (if you mean salt) is important, even more important when you're eating ketogenic. Aim for 3-5g of salt every day, you also need it to build enzymes for digestion. Salt also helps your body to stay hydrated even if this sounds weird at first.
