State's rights you fucking retard
it is unconsitutional and won't hold up when challenged in court
Lol.
They left him two years for this to go through court.
Idiots.
There’s no way he would have won anyway, and besides, it’s only four electoral votes
1) It’s not allowed.
2) He released them a long time ago and he paid more taxes than Hillary, Obama and Bernie combined.
It isnt allowed and will be laughed out of court
Umm no sweetie, "federal election"
He's the president.
Good!
Bullshit! post sources
Rhode Island, where the Jew slavers built one of the largest synagogues in the world with slaving profits.
>he thinks they actually care about his tax returns and not scoring sjw brownie points
Crying maddow
Is it really? How? Don't states already have different requirements to get on their ballots?
>Rode Island
>Relevant
ok, sure.
Google 2005 Trump tax returns. Not that hard
No, they actually care.
They undoubtedly believe there is a large payment to Putin or some smoking gun that will get him bounced out of office.
this is an interesting fuckup on their part and could theoretically lead to requiring voter ID
The Maddow “I have Trumps taxes” is a historic episode.
this.
Order of authorities is local sheriff > state government > federal government
Conjobs in Washington get this backward and think the constitution is more important than the states, lmao! Dumbasses never read it cause it says states rights > federal rights.
>states rights are unconstitutional
>historic
You misspelled histrionic.
Isn't it kind of sad that the only thing Rhode Island is really known for anymore is that it's the place where that fictional fat retard Peter Griffin lives?
I would agree if state's rights were not constantly trampled since at least the 1850s.
clearly retarded. why would texas pass a law hat says only rep party memebers can be on the ballot. you cant pick some arbitrary measure like releasing personal financial information. Liberals proving once again that the law is a play toy for them to achieve theyre dystopian goals and not a covenant that we all agree to in order to live in symbiosis
States don’t have to have elections.
If the state government wanted to they could just send all their electoral votes to a particular candidate
>a kremlin plant is dumb enough to report russian income
K
I used to bang a girl from Rhode Island. She was pretty smoking and the good kind of crazy, not a whore. But her sister was a fucking living breathing stereotype of new england trash. Hard drugs, multiple kids out of wedlock with multiple fathers, etc. Sad state of affairs.
That is undoubtedly the hope.
Is not allowed. It's just showboating. His records are available to the public through the FCC
I thought it was a nothing burger and basically only the first page
>fcc
Fec? Irs?
His taxes where already leaked to fucking tv stations
It would be fun if they dont create a second shill candidate specifically to rhode island and the someone that is not a shill win against the the shill one
>It would be fun if they dont create a second shill candidate specifically to rhode island and the someone that is not a shill win against the the shill one
now thinking about it its basically what happened at 2016 election "lets allow trump and not a shill to win republican primaries to make easier to hillary win the election"
interesting. There is no legal requirement for the release of tax returns. Yet states do set arbitrary requirements for ballot access, such as minimum signatures etc, so at the least this requirement would have to apply to all candidates and not just a single person, which in itself is illegal.
still funny they think there's a line item like $10000000 to Putin for insider info or some shit.
Rachel Maddow made a huge deal about having them and then read them for the first time on air only to find he paid hundreds upon hundreds of thousands in taxes.
all trump has to do is release his tax returns from his time in office. what's the big deal? it's just political grandstanding inflating the state legislature. kinda sad, imo.
What is supremacy clause for $1 retard.
Oh no! The swing state of Rhode Island? Without that We cant win!! DRUMPF BTFO?!?!?!?
Release it redacted under national security, keke.
You can still write-in + Rhode Island has almost nobody living there
petuh, you voting to trumph again?
uh, no lois; where in rhode island ehehehehehh
sounds like a family guy episode if I ever saw one
It's not legal. It's just virtue signaling cunts.
Return fire. Let’s kick the off the Ohio ballot.
I used to live there, this doesn't surprise me.
RI is literally the most corrupt state in the union.
>states rights > federal rights
A-are you actually retarded? We had an entire Civil War over this shit and the states right side lost.
Do you have the actual book pages? That citation is very poor.
I'd just like to remind everyone that before the civil war, Lincoln was on none of the southern ballots. Obvious forshadowing is obvious.
>state rights trump federal rights
Ok.
In all fairness, I can already see the future narrative,”lol, Republicans only care about state right when it’s about hurting our black bulls”. time to counter it.
5/5 bretty gud
>did he win rhode island
probably not.
What is 10th Amendment for $1 retard
What is Article II, Section 1, Clause 2
>Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct
HE CAN WIN WITHOUT THE 2 VOTES
sooooo just write his name in...
webserver.rilin.state.ri.us
>being this goy as to not put the actual link to the bill
>legislating a private political party's procedure for selecting a Presidential Candidate
Someone just needs to sponsor a court case declaring the bill unconstitutional for violating the First Amendment by regulating how a private political party nominates it's Presidential candidate and in the process denying voters the right to express their preference in the ballot by discriminating against candidates who are exempt from lodging tax returns with the IRS.
You're right, Trump not releasing his taxes is unconstitutional and if he tries to fight it in court, he would lose.
>There's a Constitutional requirement to release your tax returns as a Presidential candidate.
Wut.
>haha you don’t need id to vote but you do have to give your taxes to cnn tho
>FEDERAL ELECTION
>STATES RIGHTS
pick one
martial law nov 2 no elections screencap this
Because you don't own me.
Oh man, this is going to turn around and fuck their asses so fucking hard.
This is going to be hilarious.
>Democrats repeating history
>they will lose
>again
lmao can we just forcibly disband this treasonous party already?
>How is this allowed?
It’s not, they are going to get their shit pushed in.
The fact they can do this shit without repercussion is sickening though.
Lincoln was republican
I know
I'm saying that the Democrats are taking Republicans off the ballots, AGAIN. Those dumb shits are repeating history
>How is this allowed?
The ironic thing is rules like this are generally frowned upon by Dems yet I doubt they took any issue with it.
Keked
>Rhode island
Isn't it always blue?
It's not. The qualifications for running for the office of the Preaident are quite clear in the constitution
he's going to release the last 2 years of taxes
>occupation:president
Yes, no Republican won a federal election in RI in 12 years
It's not and will be struck down in the courts. There are only two stipulations to become president and a fucking tax return is not one of them. This is just political theater through and through.
This is TECHNICALLY true. States CAN set their own rules for getting on ballots. That said, this is a gross abuse of any citizen's 4th amendment rights to privacy in their effects and can and will be challenged.
It's unconstitutional because of what is being asked, not because of the fact something is being asked.
Actually it's 18 years, last time a Rep won in RI was 2000, Senator Chafee
Didn't you retards see this argument when you got rid of the Articles of Confederation and then had a brutal civil war to prove the point?
Curt Shilling knew this...
>Implying I won't write in Trump
>Implying RI will ever go red
Rhode Island is one of the most densely populated states.
More people than most per square mile.
Even I remember this. Was this one stupid women crying about it? Socialists (Bernie) never pay taxes or very low ones. They don't contribute to society, that's why they force everyone else to do it in their stead.
