Lots of small caliber cheap-o guns firing .22 and .38. Lots of FMJ usage too in the cheaper gang guns. Low caliber + FMJ = the rounds pass through your cheek, jaw, neck, etc. Unless the line of sight is through the brain, niggas' only in for some pain.

You underestimate how bad male black's aim is.
There's a lot of reasons, but one of the most interesting I heard is that blacks have a stronger flash/startle reflex then most. That is to say, sudden bright lights make everyone blink or flinch away, but blacks supposedly have a much stronger reaction. Muzzle flash isn't dim, especially on dark nights, and this will cause them to close their eyes, and even look away while firing guns. Judging by the legendary bad aim of African troops, it seems to have some weight.

"open key" is a cop who's accidentally got his radio on. it's easy to do, probably gear pressing on the call button, but it clogs up the lines, and can sometimes broadcast shit they don't want over the airwaves.
