Hello Jow Forums

Hello Jow Forums,

I'm French and I'd like to know how French Universities are perceived abroad: which French university do you know? What's its reputation in your country?

For instance, everybody in France know the MIT, Stanford or Cambridge or even the LSE, which are known to be great and prestigious institutions. What would be the French equivalent in your mind?

We don't care about French universities.

Thanks for your take, friend!

>which French university do you know?
Lol

>What would be the French equivalent in your mind?
Le Cordon Bleu

Qatar University

>Lol

Said the balding fuck from one of the most irrelevant countries in history!

>What would be the French equivalent in your mind?

can't think of any desu senpai

I have zero idea what you guys do there overall.

why would we care about nigger education?

I know Université Paris-Saclay because I often see scientific papers by people from there (who often also work at the Institut Pierre Simon Laplace)

I just know of Ecole Polytechnique. Aren't you pretty much set for life if you graduate from one of the 3 top tier schools?

In all honesty, all I know is University of Paris due to word of mouth with their AI composed music that I saw on tech websites. I don't even know if that University is elite. I was shocked at how high Oxford's acceptance rate was, and it was higher than UCLA's acceptance rate.

How are University of California's(UCLA, UC Berkely, UC Riveside, UC Irvine, US San Diego, UC Santa Cruz, UC Santa Barbara, etc...)viewed in France?

I only know Université Nice tough. I had to take a French course for a year before I can sign a working contract. The only positive thing I can remember is that the lunch in the campus is not bad, and cheap.

I meant UPMC, which I assume is in Paris.

They're not really. I can't name one and i doubt anyone else could.

I guess they're fine

I've never met anyone who went to a French university, and have never heard of a French university. I assume they are like some kind of Madrassa where you study Islam? Or perhaps a place to practice rap while prepping big African bulls to fuck your haggard, chain-smoking wife in the ass before she divorces you?
I went to France once, it was literally the shittest country I've ever been to. Disgustingly dirty, muslims and blacks EVERYWHERE, everyone rude, just grotesque. I always tell my friends: "Don't go to France. It's shit." except when I meet a black or muslim, I always encourage them to go, as I'm sure they would love it.
But I digress. In conclusion, no, nobody has ever heard of a French "educational" institution. Which is great, since last time France made 'intellectual' contributions it gave the world Foucault and critical theorists.

Leftists cucks with their sociology degrees

>Science Po
Basically an american ideological colony at this point.

French universities are not worth saving since there is no selection for entry, on the other hand les Grandes Ecoles are pretty based, especially the engineering ones.
