Let chronically ill people die to lower the demand for doctors.

Bring in nigger doctors from west Africa so they can breed white women with their BBCs?

Kick conservative medical students out of school for their beliefs.

Attached: blacked threads.png (800x600, 188K)

How much you want to bet this is projected with illegal immigrants in mind?

Import Africans.

Flood the country with illiterate sub IQ nigger Muslims because they have potential.

I'm in medic school and I sure won't spend my life in this islamized shithole called "France".
Good to know I can live the life.

What are the whitest states ?

If we deport around 90 million illegals that should fix the problem.

Fuck, open the borders I guess.

Whine about it in the media, do nothing about it, and negociate an even higher salary.

>moving from France to USA to escape diversity

I have bad news user

Stop artificially restricting the supply of doctors.

>not asian
1/10 for effort, everyone knows nigger shills are asspained HAPA mutants projecting because their mum fucked the most beta of white men

I will just go east, then. I really can't raise kids among niggers.

Make all education free and pay teachers salaries with taxes. Also, pay teachers and professors more. Bam! Entire civilization fixed.

But doctor wages must stay high. After all they are better than us.

Healthcare is a Walmartlike bureaucracy of mildly uncomfortable spics and niggers. I can't imagine it being less satisfying to have an earnest interest in helping people and fixing issues with the body.

Dealing with this now, just had a loved one in the hospital and it was obvious that all of the doctors and nurses are very overworked. This is also caused by the aging of the baby boomers

Just stay away from the big cities.

In my country they limited the number of medical students for decades, now there's a shortage and they import poos and chinks. No agenda at all.

Same in America

Basically Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire are you best bets for a Nigger-less American experience

get rid of affirmative action
youtube.com/watch?v=nxVYKcVUhDk

Stop discriminating against white and asian applicants

wtf we need more subsaharan doctors ASAP! Open borders NOW!

Your fellow american is right, USA is rotten to the core and full of niggers. I will just go east and settle in central or eastern Europe.

The ADA limits the amount of doctors that can go to medical school every year. Either we need to get rid of the ADA or get another association for doctors that won't set up a monopoly on medical study.

We need more skilled doctorz™ from West-Africa since whitey is too dumb to get a university degree baka.

Not only do they limit the total amount of matriculants, but they also enforce affirmative action and are biased against whites and East Asians. So its a double whammy. There is a shortage of doctors AND future doctors will be those of lesser qualifications, in order to promote diversity. From a healthcare point of view, this country is fucked.

Keep importing illegals and demand they get subsidized medical attention, keep pushing Fat Acceptance and Slutwalk movements, and force all doctors to perform abortions on demand

Tell congress to stop regulating the number of residency positions available. In case you don't know, resident salaries are paid as part of Medicare and only a certain amount is allowed each year. More people graduate medical school each year in the US than there are slots available.

Go north. Montana, northern Michigan, Maine. Wyoming or Idaho

legalize all drugs to free up to 25% of all emergency services (drug seekers who can now just go to the pharmacy and get whatever for $$)
allowing any person to get any prescription will free up quite a bit of regular doctor hours as well
>no need to head to the doc for a permission note for your XX that you've been taking for 6 years

kill old people etc also gas beaners

And what happens to the the medical school graduates who can’t find a resident spot? How is that determined? I want to be a doctor but that’s something I haven’t really thought about because I assumed everyone got a resident spot since it’s basically a cheap doctor and hospitals would be down for tha

Get rid of the AMA. The doctors union. They control numbers of doctors, what are paid, etc... They flood the market with Doctors trained by the gov for the Military. They serve an enlistment and have no student loans. Just my 2 cents

It seems like fucking everywhere is short on doctors

We're all SOL

Also Vermont, Oregon, Minnesota.
Pretty much anywhere where it's too cold for darkies

There is a matching program, so you rank the hospitals you want to train at, usually your top 5 or so. Then you interview with each hospital and each hospital ranks all of the people they interviewed. Then they are matched to determine who goes where. If you don't get picked, tough shit, go be a researcher or work somewhere with less stringent requirements.

Doctors are always in demand but the standards to be one are high and expensive. It's not a surprise at all there's never enough.

Funny how there's a shortage of medical doctors and an oversupply of humanities PhDs.
theguardian.com/higher-education-network/2017/aug/25/is-a-phd-the-path-to-a-grad-job-ask-the-waitress-with-several-degrees
Maybe, if we lowered the cost of medical school and the barriers to entry for the profession instead of artificially inflating them through AMA licensure (which is nothing more than the profession's own mechanism for keeping wages high by lowering the supply of doctors), things would balance out.
scholarship.law.duke.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=3288&context=lcp
Any shortage of doctors is the direct result of AMA barriers to entry into the profession and medical school costs: it's a manufactured crisis designed to justify outrageous profits for doctors.

Become a nurse practitioner, move to the PNW with very liberal scope of practice laws for NPs, and make bank.

Our education system is a sport.

You can literally get a scholarship and a degree from games.

American education isn't about being educated. It's about playing games. The most popular game being "Read the book and then fill in the blank!"

Change that first and then things might change.

stop being fat and out of shape and dying, literally we have pajeets coming here every day to practice.

Jesus, but after your not chosen in your top 5 can’t you go around looking for an open position anywhere, or is that controlled by the ama or a similar organization? Man that sucks

This. The shortage is artificial and by design.

hahahha no where is safe. im in wyoming and its like atleast 30% Nonwhite in any city above 10k people

Yeah, it's called "the scramble", this is also when foreigners can apply for slots. I believe it's something like 1500 slots for 10,000 people.

I have a question about cost too, why do people in general worry about the cost of in the US it’s so easy to get a loan and then pay for it if you actually become a doctor? Money shouldn’t be a problem at least here in the US

If your parents aren't doctors, you won't get into an MD school. If you don't have a master's degree, you won't get into an osteopathic school. Runoff students from California apply to every school in the country. If you are from a small state, you are fucked. The only medical school in my state mostly takes in students from California and Boston who have no ties to the state.

Start letting whites back into college and cancel the diversity Olympics.

Import more Indians obviously

Mid-level providers will cover the gaps and reimbursements will increase

>Actually posting this
Don't believe this disinfo

bullshit
medical school is based on merit

deregulate

>lower the barriers to entry
Would you trust the average idiot to be YOUR doctor? I would rather have a lower supply of high quality doctors than a higher supply of mediocre doctors, but hey, if you want the guy who brews your coffee to decide what pills to give you, then you go right ahead.

Not yet. I used to work in the Locums industry. They'll just push locums harder. Doctors will work longer hours with less steady paychecks.

Not all Americans buy into the idea that debt is okay as long as it's an investment in the future. My family has always been neurotic about avoiding debt, so we never could have done med school. A lot of Americans still look on debt as a moral evil.

Throwing out 50+ million shit tier migrants should help.

Attached: 1340384288813.jpg (526x572, 39K)

I think you don't understand how bad the average American is with finances, let alone the average doctor. Most will take 15-20 years to pay it off because they are financially illiterate.

fear not illiterate mutts, the coolies of india would come to treat your bloated bodies.

Lowering barriers to entry doesn't mean admitting idiots. The AMA controls the number of doctors, and many intelligent people who could become doctors end up in other fields instead because of the AMA's artificial barriers to entering the profession. Admitting more people does not mean admitting the lowest of the low: America is full of intelligent people wasting their lives in the humanities or law instead of becoming doctors.

That would solve the boomer social security crisis. Two birds with one stone.

Our country too, hopefully when there won't be enough doctors our public health care system will let retired boomers die, because they're not as important as younger workers

Encourage young people to become doctors by way of grants. Citizen-only, of course.

What would be your plan if you were stuck with 150,000 in debt and had to be a resident for 4 years then? What would you do

Around 50% of those who apply to get into medical school get in.

I also wanted to be a doctor, but why is there so much to the MCAT if you’re not going to be using half of what you learned? I went into another field after deciding against wasting a year studying for the MCAT for a low chance of placement due to my race. Fuck the AMA. On top of that they want altruistic candidates, so they look for anything that points to a desire to go into medicine for money or respect to disqualify you. So lying gets you ahead (poos and chinks), unless you’re the living embodiment of Jesus. Man I hate the AMA. What a racket. Now half of our doctors are from shitholes and can’t speak English and hand pills out left and right for bad diagnoses. Thanks a lot. Those guys have a long overdue reckoning.

>150k
try again, closer to 300k

>doctor shortage! omg!

1. Shorten medical school and build more of them.
2. Focus more on nutrition and exercise during medical school, since diet and lack of exercise are the reason for 90%+ of doctor visits.
3. Let old people die a natural death.
4. Reduce the power of the American Bar Association and Trial Lawyers Association.
5. De-regulate the medical industry from top to bottom.

I am taking the prereqs for medical school. I am going to take 200k in debt. Those docs SHOULD pay the interest their four years of residency, and then live on 30k for a year or two as an attending. Many don't understand money though and just buy a 5 series and a luxury apartment their first year.

Average is ~200k

Why must we alter our entire future to cater to one generation? Boomers need more wagies for SS. Boomers need more doctors. And when they finally die off we're stuck with the glut, or we've perpetuated the problem. Just let the boomers take the pain and then we go back to fucking normal.

it's crony capitalism, like everything else, they have leverage over congress, so nothing will change

Really great tips. Your justice system is literally an industry.

What the fuck, and how do they even look for that? That someone is altruistic

>What do we do about it?
let the market supply more doctors. One way the market can do this is by building more medical schools or expanding existing ones.
This is hard to do because of government regulation.
A majority of medical costs are paid for by the government! So the incentive of the government is to limit the growth of doctors. This makes healthcare more expensive for those trying to pay for treatment out of pocket.

Another option people have is to go overseas for treatment. Healthcare quality is getting better around the world. There are good doctors everywhere, if you know where to look.

i want to have the choice to get bubba the shadetree mechanic work on my heart, if i so choose.
i want to advertise quick and dirty surgery (yet sterile) should i so choose.

Attached: Merchent3.jpg (460x215, 42K)

The other fifty percent are probably decently qualified to complete the degree. They all have bachelors' degrees already and have met basic requirements. We could double the number of doctors by admitting them and training them. The shortage is artificial.

The fact that it took this many posts before someone mentioned the real reason for the shortage shows how well the AMA has controlled the narrative.

>Decently qualified.
Not really. I'm sure some qualified don't get in, but I don't think you understand how many undergrads who should not be physicians think they should be...

Quit the outrageous licensing pyramid scams,
reign in wrongful malpractice and make lawyers more affordable for real malpractice,
put in place charging caps on pharmaceuticals that have received government subsidies,
actually treat sick people

oh hey im a med student applying for match this year

AMA

They look at your extracurricular activities. Some medical schools force you to take a personality test (not joking) to see if you possess altruistic capabilities. Literally the requirements for admittance are so convoluted and labyrinthine that it may as well be lottery at this point. Oh and if you're a white male, good luck.

Does course load for prereqs matter? I only have to take them now and can only do 2-3 per semester.

>Oh and if you're a white male, good luck.
Except whites make up the majority of medical students...

>they look for anything that points to a desire to go into medicine for money or respect to disqualify you

This is straight-up anti white, virtually all Changs and Pajeets get into medicine for money/status and nothing else.

>whites make up the majority of medical students...
Sauce? Jews don't count.

Kicking out illegals will lower demand for doctors.

>Really great tips. Your justice system is literally an industry.

To put a finer point on it, these problematic industries thrive on government regulation and cronyism. It is not in the best interest of lawyers to de-regulate, it's not in the best interest of pharma companies to urge for prevantative treatment over medication, and it's not in the best interest of insurance companies to foster open competition between themselves and service providers.

every fucking time

I was trying to be a doctor, the amount of hoops to jump through to compete with others is ridiculous. Standards have shot through the roof where they have been incredibly selective. I can't get into med school as a white male because of GPA, but my grades are good enough if I were black. I ended up giving up. They want me to retake old classes (prerequisites) that I had low grades when I was just joining college to raise GPA. I was a fuck up when I didn't know what I wanted to do years ago, but made nothing but B's and A's after in advanced classes.

My competence is not measured fairly. I dedicated my life to this to only be told my dedication wasn't good enough. I ended up dropping all goals after bitcoin went up and my stock trading took off enough to basically own a few houses if I wanted. I have no monetary need to become a doctor right now and even as a single white male of high intelligence, there is such a strict filter on doctors.

I don't even want to be the greatest doctor, just practice in whatever field would take me. Basically the demand to be a doctor is so high they have been able to be extremely selective. Now they have more demand for doctors they will have to change their standards.

Starting this year, more females were admitted to medical school, then men. Furthermore, if you check the demographics of each school, less and less white men are being admitted in favor of "disadvantaged minorities." A black male can get into medical school with a lesser GPA and MCAT then a while male. Yes, white males make a majority, but not for long.

> 1. Shorten medical school and build more of them.
The residency program is even more of a problem: it produces too many specialists that cluster in the same regions, and it underproduces general physicians for other areas. So, you end up with 6,000,000 plastic surgeons in NYC and nobody to care for the elderly in Kentucky.
washingtonmonthly.com/magazine/julyaugust-2013/first-teach-no-harm/
The AMA needs to be crushed. That's the first step.

Maine. By far. Look into the few hospitals we have. There is also many Quebecois that come here, so you're native French will be in high demand.

Kill every child born on a Monday.

stop covering obese, cigarette smokers, drug addicts, and alcoholics with health insurance
