Regardless of the circumstances that led up to it, all the evidence and credible eyewitness testimony backed up his version of the events. He was on his back on the ground while Trayvon was on top of him bashing his head against the concrete and beating him. They both tried reaching for his gun, Zimzam fired a single shot and killed him.

Textbook self defense case, it's not too hard to convince a jury that in this situation you would have reasonably feared for your life or great bodily harm and that deadly force was justified.

Everyone who isn't a willfully delusional idiot knows that Zimmerman's belief that Trayvon was casing houses is a reasonable belief. ZImmerman called the police because he wanted the police to handle the incident, but he also wanted to keep eyes on Trayvon so he followed him a bit. Trayvon took off running between a row of houses and that's where Zimmerman lost sight of him.

ZImmerman claims he waited right there while on the phone with police, and this is supporter by the 911 audio because we can hear him tapping his flashlight on a little dog potty fire hydrant which he states he did. Trayvon was on the phone with his girlfriend (Rachel Jeantel) while this was happening. The family and others probably tried to manipulate her statement, but she was too dumb to keep her story straight and they asked her questions she wasn't prepared for. Trayvon told her he was running from some "creepy ass cracka", and then he told her he was going to hang up the phone. They asked her what she thought happened next, and she stated under oath during the trial that she believed he got into a fight.

This was an awesome moment during the trial, because Trayvon must have told her something over the phone that led her to believe he was going back to whoop some ass. She didn't fess up to it, but everyone including the jury knew what was up. So what most likely happened next was exactly what Zimmerman claimed happened: Trayvon went back to where ZImmerman was and whooped his ass, and Zimmerman pulled his gun and shot Trayvon.

I have no doubt that Trayvon ran to stash his burglary tools. I also don't doubt his nigger family members probably found his backpack full of tools and loot under their house or on the porch or in his room, but they were more focused on revenge rather than justice so they never said anything about it to the police. Regardless, Zimmerman was able to walk free but he was financially ruined.

Here are the facts of the case:
Martin lived in a gated-community and was walking home.

Zimmerman thought he was a trouble maker and followed him while on the phone with 911.

Despite the 911 operator telling him not to follow him, he does and gets into an argument/altercation with him.

Martin was bigger and more athletic, assume, so he beat the shit out of him, at which point Zimmerman had the right, under the Stand Your Ground Law, to see him as a threat and kill him.

I fully believe that Zimmerman felt danger to his life, seeing the bruising on his head and the lack-there-of for Martin, but I question the laws and their outcomes.

For example, a man was acquitted after a burgler broke into his house and the owner of the house chased the man, they both ran outside and the owner chased down the burgler and stabbed him to death. Like, that's fucked up.

In short, the laws in Florida allowed Zimmerman to go free and I fully support the outcome in accordance with the law, even if the law if fucked up.

Listen to the 911 tape again broheim. Dispatcher told Zimmerman to keep him updated on what the teen was doing. Trayvon ran away, so COMPLYING WITH THE DISPATCHER'S INSTRUCTIONS to keep him apprised of Trayvon's actions, he started following him. Being the fat fuck he is, he started breathing heavy from running. 911 dispatcher asked if he was following Trayvon, Zimmerman answered yes, and the dispatcher literally said "we don't need you to do that" (didn't order him not to, just basically said please don't). You can hear Zimmerman's breathing return back to normal, he lost track of Trayvon and returns to his vehicle.

He never ignored the dispatcher's instructions, or at least we have no evidence to claim that. And it's irrelevant anyway, 911 dispatchers aren't cops and can't give lawful orders.
