Would someone please explain where this "Trump is literally Hitler" thing started? I am really sick of people I know parroting this but never being able to provide a concrete example of something President Trump did that is akin to Hitler. It always turns into an appeal to emotion.

It's literally propaganda coming from the intelligence community. You see, the way media works in the US is very top-down, all the CIA needs to do is have an asset at management level at some of the bigger news organizations and all the little ones will ape them. And that's what happened. Since Trump is threatening the long laid plans of the alliance between the military industrial complex and the intelligence community, called by some the shadow government, they are pulling out all the stops to turn the most easily swayed against him and cement discontent. All the leftists who fall for this are being played, but Trumps unpredictability makes it hard for them to construct effective narratives.
He is literally Hitler because a bunch of lies and propaganda against him is making him look like the bad guy.
